This document will govern use of the transcription service, including acceptable use, uptime commitments (which must not exceed those of our underlying providers), data handling, and liability limits.

Note our actual data posture: audio is never stored; transcripts are held transiently for a short TTL to enable webhook retry, then purged. Only job metadata is retained. Model training on customer data is opted out at the provider.
